Aida began her career in the service industry over 15 years ago when she started in restaurants. She quickly moved up the ranks and worked her way through college at Towson University, where she graduated with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology.

Through her education and experience, Aida’s approach to the service industry became more analytical.  Aida leverages her scientific training and extensive industry experience to lead complex projects from conception to completion. Just as understanding the components of a biological system is crucial for its functioning, comprehending how to manage the operational elements of a project is essential for its successful implementation. Aida ensures that operations at Metro Management Group are streamlined, whether that be in project management, team leadership, vendor and partner management, strategic planning, or anything else necessary.
